Since USC Builds has a diverse portfolio, and is invested in community, we wanted to speak to all types of audiences. 




USC Builds’ previous logo and name, US Ceiling Corporation, missed the opportunity to have a deeper symbolic meaning to the brand, due to a literal representation of buildings.











The logo mark symbolizes the process of construction, specifically how its elements come together. The letters were designed to represent multiple floors and levels working harmoniously. 


The USC Builds logomark represents a traditional house, and simultaneously signifies the letters “USC.”  The combination of “U” and “C” to form “S” symbolizes USC Build’s meticulous attention to detail throughout the entire process and the high quality of their work.













Brand guidelines were provided to enforce consistency throughout the USC Builds brand, providing rules for each visual identity element, including logo, typography, color, and design & layout.








 

USC Builds is a trusted partner in contracting and real estate development offering expertise across the Subcontracting, General Contracting and Real Estate Development divisions in the Commercial, Multifamily, and Residential markets.
